Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between ae77 (hereinafter "ae77", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, registers for, or uses any product or service made available through the ae77 platform, accessible at https://ae77.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an ae77 account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the ae77 Platform.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain a single ae77 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ae77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account. ae77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ae77 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ae77 may request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal, upon detection of unusual activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ae77 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account closure.

Age Verification & Eligibility

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ae77 Platform or been permanently closed as a result of a terms violation.

ae77 cooperates with responsible gambling organisations and may utilise third-party age and identity verification services to validate the information submitted at registration. Players who provide fraudulent age information will be permanently banned and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ae77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ae77 Account balance within minutes under normal operating conditions. ae77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which ae77 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. ae77 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal circumstances. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. ae77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

A Player must have successfully completed the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. ae77 will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts — funds must be returned to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers made available by ae77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and validity periods. Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus wagers must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

ae77 employs automated and manual processes to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements; claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts; exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, ae77 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and restrict or close the relevant Account.

6.4 Right to Modify Promotions

ae77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, ae77 will provide reasonable notice and will honour any qualifying wagers already placed under the promotion's terms up to the point of withdrawal.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

ae77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. This discretion may be exercised in response to suspected fraud, system errors, irregular betting patterns, or where accepting the wager would expose ae77 to disproportionate liability.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a palpable pricing error in a sports market, a software malfunction in a casino game, or an incorrect odds display — ae77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Players. ae77's decision in respect of manifest errors is final. Winnings paid in error will be recovered from the Player's Account balance.

7.3 Result Settlements

Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official result, ae77 may use independently verifiable data sources to settle markets. ae77's settlement decisions are final and binding.

7.4 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the ae77 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) software independently tested for statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games are available on the individual game information pages. ae77 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no financial interest in the result of any individual game session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ae77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or sharing winnings with, an individual who is under 21 years of age or who is subject to self-exclusion;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the proper operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only. Privacy & Data

ae77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ae77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party actions, even if ae77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ae77's total liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ae77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ae77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events beyond ae77's reasonable control.

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by ae77

ae77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players. During a suspension period, ae77 may withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation.

13.2 Permanent Closure by ae77

Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, ae77 may permanently close the Account, forfeit any outstanding balance and associated winnings, and report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities. ae77 will provide written notification of the outcome of any investigation to the Account holder's registered email address.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting ae77 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, ae77 will process any outstanding real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to ae77's verification procedures, unless the closure was made under the self-exclusion programme.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and electronic commerce in the jurisdiction in which ae77 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ae77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies applicable in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ae77 and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to that subject matter.
